Fairly clean hotel, exceptionally nice and superbly friendly employees from room cleaners. Lots of amazing breakfast options. Amazing location up to the British camp. And just next door to the Malvern Hills...

The staff here are super friendly and know what they're doing. the breakfast is delicious and will give you a good start to the day 😋. the location is awesome, with the Worcestershire Beacon right there for you to explore. Don't miss out on dining at the Vu Restaurant with its stunning valley views. Plus, there are great hiking trails in the hills nearby.

The sound insulation in the hotel was quite poor, and I was disturbed by noise from adjacent rooms and the central heating pump.
