The spacious room had a lovely, modern touch, complemented by a large bathroom and an excellent shower. Breakfast featured a variety of tasty options, and I appreciated the ambiance of the breakfast room. wasps near the window made it uncomfortable to sleep with the windows open during warm weather, and the dinner service was notably slow, leading to missed dessert orders.

The junior suite offered impressive space, featuring a large bath and walk-in shower, complemented by comfortable furnishings that enhanced relaxation. It’s a prime spot for exploring nearby hiking paths with breathtaking views that make the effort worthwhile.
The Wi-Fi connection proved to be a real hassle, especially when trying to work. it constantly dropped. The evening meal left much to be desired. high prices didn’t match the mediocre quality, resulting in a disappointing dining experience. the use of plastic toiletries and single-use items creates unnecessary waste, which could easily be improved by switching to larger refillable containers.

Perfect for a solo escape
Had a fantastic experience with a spacious room that had a summer weight quilt which felt like pure bliss in the heatwave and the takeaway breakfast bag was a brilliant touch for me since I had to leave early
It wasn't exactly a bargain but you get what you pay for

would stay here again
Had a spacious family suite with a separate room for our daughter, who loved having her own TV. The food was excellent, especially the lamb shank and sausages cooked for our dog at breakfast. Great location for hiking up the Malvern Hills. Staff made us feel welcome and efficient. The room was clean with good amenities like a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries.

i had a fantastic stay at the malvern. my previous visit to great malvern was nice, but this time exceeded my expectations with the gorgeous views and impeccable cleanliness. the spacious four poster bed room was a highlight, and the food quality in the bar was excellent, especially the local ale.
wifi connection was very poor.

stunning views and easy access to malvern hills
I loved the excellent food and friendly staff, and the easy access to the beautiful Malvern Common and the breathtaking Pinnacle Hill made my stay truly memorable. As a single traveler, I appreciated the comfort of my double room. it provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. But the room had a bit of a musty smell when I first entered.

missingWrote a review on May 20shower issues
The shower's power left a bit to be desired, which might not cut it for folks who like their showers strong. Coupled with some road noise filtering through the older windows, getting a consistent sleep could be a challenge. The bath had a few stains that raised eyebrows, and the awkward shower screen setup over the tub made for an odd experience. Prices for food felt steep compared to quality.
